How do I get paid?

We offer flexible payment options - choose to get paid by Check, PayPal, Venmo or Store credit. If you accept our cash offer for your item, we will pay you as soon as we receive it from you and confirm its authenticity and condition. Processing usually takes no more than 1-2 business days.

If your item is sold on consignment - we mail consignment checks out at the end of every month. If you prefer to get paid by PayPal, Venmo or in another way, just drop us an email. We always try to do what works best for you.

You will know exactly how much you will receive by checking your Seller Account. Or, if you see something you absolutely love on our website, you can apply your balance earned from the sale of your designer piece(s) to that item.

How do I know what’s going on once I ship my items?

Transparency is key to us. You can access all your information and status updates through your personalized Seller Account. View the items you consigned, all amounts payable to you and a history of all your transactions whenever you want, 24/7.
