Q: Are you accepting and processing orders?
A: Yes. Both CODOGIRL online and physical store in Greenwich, Connecticut are open for business. Online orders placed before 2pm are fulfilled the same business day, as usual.
Q: Is my order safe?
A: We are committed to the safety of our employees and our communities and are following CDC and State of Connecticut guidelines as mandated at the Federal and State levels.
Q: Is your delivery time extended?
A: All orders placed before 2pm Eastern Time are shipped the same business day. We also ship on Saturdays until noon. We use UPS, USPS and DHL and deliveries are being made timely.
Q: Is shipping still free?
A: Yes. Within the USA, USPS Priority delivery is FREE (1-3 day option). We also offer USPS Priority Mail Express service (1-day delivery) at a discounted rate. For international deliveries we ship by DHL at a flat $50 fee. All DHL deliveries are expedited.
Q: What if I don’t like the product? Can I return it as usual?
A: Absolutely! We offer free 30-day returns - no questions asked - just keep the security tag attached. We also offer a lifetime guarantee of authenticity, and will refund 100% of your purchase if you ever find that your purchase is not authentic.
Q: What is the status of other ultra luxury resale websites?
A: Please check with each reseller individually before you purchase. Some resellers continue to take orders, however they are delaying shipments until further notice.
