Q: Are you accepting and processing orders?
A: Yes, CODO online is open for business. We continue to process online orders and we are shipping the same business day as usual.
Q: Is my order safe?
A: We are following all CDC business guidelines as detailed at the link below. As an extra precaution we sanitize our facility with ozone on a regular basis.
Q: Is your delivery time extended?
A: All orders placed before 2pm Eastern Time are shipped the same business day. We also ship on Saturdays until noon. USPS and FedEx are making deliveries as expected.
Q: Are you charging extra for delivery?
A: No, we do not charge extra. Expedited USPS delivery is FREE, and FedEx delivery is a flat $30.
Q: What if I don’t like the product? Can I return it as usual?
A: Absolutely! We offer free 30-day returns - no questions asked - just keep the security tag attached. We also offer a lifetime guarantee of authenticity, and will refund 100% of your purchase if you ever find that your purchase is not authentic.
Q: What is the status of other ultra luxury resale websites?
A: Please check with each reseller individually before you purchase. Some resellers continue to take orders, however they are delaying shipments until further notice.
Q: Is your physical store at 43 Greenwich Ave, Greenwich, CT open?
A: The physical store located in Greenwich, CT will reopen when the Connecticut Governor's Office lifts the order for all non-essential businesses to remain closed. Our online store continues to operate as usual.
